Promoting Your EAP and Peer Teams
This Lunch and Learn highlights how Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and peer support teams contribute to a healthy workplace culture when they are visible, trusted, and easy to access. Participants explore common barriers to EAP use and ways to normalize support-seeking. The session includes a structured activity where teams begin building or refining an EAP communication plan—identifying what resources are available, how and when to share them, and how to ensure employees know where to turn for support.
