This course gives teens a basic understanding of how trauma can take on many forms and how protective factors can help you bounce back from hard times. Through brief educational lessons and quizzes, it shares ideas about how to get help when you need it. Appropriate for ages 13+.

The Missouri Model (MO Model) offers a roadmap for organizations on their journey to trauma-informed care, starting from trauma awareness and evolving to trauma-informed. It's rooted in Fallot and Harris's principles, updated in 2022 to address structural inequities.
