The Workplace Wellbeing Lunch and Learn series offers short, expert-led sessions designed for Local Public Health Agency (LPHA) teams to learn, reflect, and connect together.
Each video focuses on practical wellbeing topics and is paired with guided discussion prompts and activities—making it easy for teams to engage with the content and apply it to their work.
How to Use This Series
We recommend engaging with one Lunch and Learn per month as a team.
Many LPHA teams find it helpful to gather during a shared lunch hour, watch the video together, and then spend time discussing the key takeaways and completing the accompanying activities.
